Comments: Pablo from Absolute called me immediately. He offered to come over and take a look at our issue, free estimate!! When he got here, he was friendly and courteous. He let me watch what he was doing and explained what was going on. Him and his brother agreed on an outstanding price to fix what was wrong. We had someone come from a different company two days before that was rude and had no customer service skills and didn't look at the whole issue and quoted a price that was $1000.00 more than Absolute...because he was going to overcharge and do work we didn't need done. i would and will recommend Absolute to everyone I know!!!!

Comments: Had to move the septic system to the other side of my property which meant re-routing all waste pipes. What a task! Pablo was clear about what would be done, when and answered all questions. He worked really well with septic contractors, had great suggestions, accurate estimates and brought in a difficult job on time! Comments: Used Home Advisor for the first time when our water heater was on it's last legs. Jonathan called in record time and we discussed all the options for replacement. We came up with the most economical option since we are considering listing our home for sale. Comments: We had a difficult problem that other plumbers had not been able to diagnose, and would not even bid on because they thought it was necessary to rip out the recently completed tile showerfloor that was affected by some unknown leak underground. Jonathan diagnosed it with his camera (no charge), gave us an estimate, and was able to start work the next day. After tunneling under the shower wall from a hole he created in the floor outside the shower, he replaced a broken P-trap, and a day and a half later we were back in business! He was prompt, polite, professional, and highly skilled, and cleaned up very well when finished.

He was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. I called him initially to repair a leaking water line at my dishwasher. He fixed it so quick...knew exactly what was wrong. He also quickly repaired a toilet that was not flushing properly. He then told me he was able to inspect the sewer line to the home (home was built in 1962) and I agreed because I knew it had to be done. He showed me the camera view of the lines and explained everything very clearly to me. He gave me options and prices and his crew worked well into the evening hours to get the work done. Comments: Amazing! Fantastic! Unbelievable service. They worked two days straight to fix a leaking gas line. On the second day after working 12 hours in the hot sun, they tried to reconnect my hot water heater and learned they needed a specific part. They then drove to two Home Depots, neither of which had the part. They then got up at 3:30 in the morning to drive an hour to a place that had the part and opened at 4am and arrived at my house while I was sleeping to fix the hot water heater so we'd have hot water for morning showers. This far exceeded any expectations I'd ever have. I have never seen this kind of dedication from a service person. They will have ALL of my plumbing business in the future.

Comments: We had received other quotes on a slab leak. Raging quotes were $3000-$4500. Jonathon not only could do his own leak detection (other plumbers had to have a separate business find the leak $275 avg. cost) he was able to come out the same morning. Once at the house my wife was at ease. He verified were the leak was but because of the location he was able to repair the leak by going through the backside of our garage wall. He did not have to destroy our bathroom as the other plumbers suggested or have to re-route our plumbing. It is refreshing to have someone that takes pride in what the do and treat others fairly when it would be so easy to take advantage of. We will use Absolute again and have already told everyone we can in Westlake Village about our great experience. Hopefully Jonathon will get even more business.
